If a car has been in an accident and has been repaired, an IVIC Structural Integrity Inspection at an approved IVIC Inspection Centre will ensure the car has been repaired to manufacturers standards using genuine OEM parts.
✓ PASS
If the car passes the IVIC Structural Integrity Inspection, then it is Crashworthy* and therefore is safe to drive. An IVIC Structural Integrity Inspection Report and Certificate will be issued for the car. A VIP CrashPack* will also be issued for the car. A VIP CrashPack* protects the structural integrity of the car for the life of the car.
✗ FAIL
If the car fails the IVIC Structural Integrity Inspection, then it is not Crashworthy* and therefore is not safe to drive. In this instance, IVIC will assist the owner of the car to rectify the problems.
